I wasn’t planning to share this just yet, but I can’t help myself.
For the past month, I have been working on an audio series called, HomeKit.
HomeKit is your first-aid kit for the moments when you feel stuck, just when you need help.
Why HomeKit
The chief aim of HomeKit is to target the specifics.
When we can zoom in on a higher resolution of issues to work at, we increase agency.
When it is more abstract and less well-defined like diagnostic labels, we are prone to become more passive and have less control of the issue.
The Benefits
Quickly help you shift-state before things escalate.
Huge-payoff to know how to get unstuck in sticky situations.
The collection of these antidotes are life-skills that are generalisable.
Targeting specific roots, not abstract labels.
To be clear, these aren't the be-all and end-all. The antidotes in HomeKit are jump-starters to help you get unstuck and get moving as quickly as possible.
Format
There are over 50 topics covered, each with 3-4 antidotes provided.
Each topic ranges from 10 to 20 mins.
After the 3-4 suggestions in the Here’s How section, I’d then explain it in the Here’s Why section. (This is an intentional flip from the common theory-to-action approach).
Why Audio Format?
I want HomeKit to be like a whisper in your ear, accompanying you whenever you are on the move, exercising, travelling.
The main thing is for you to take action, and not focus on consumption.
For example, say you are listening to the section on Procrastination, and you got the tip that makes sense to you, don't go listening to another section just yet. (This make be a form of procrastination). Get doing, and get going.
You can quickly revisit specific sections when you need them—Like a first-aid kit to help you when you are feeling stuck.
Again, action, not more consumption, will change your life.
I have no intentions to turn this into a book, because each topic is its own standalone. The main aim is to help you get unstuck, quickly.
Topics
This is a smorgasbord.
You are not meant to eat everything at a buffet. You take what you want. In HomeKit, you zoom in on what’s most relevant to your situation.
The topics are organised into three main sections: Well-Being, Well-Belonging, and Well-Doing.
The fourth section is General, consisting of themes that are more all encompassing.
To give you an idea of the vastness of this, here’s a screenshot/gif of the resources I’ve pulled from in my Obsidian notes, specifically for this audio series.

My Hopes
HomeKit is a synthesis of ideas I’ve amassed working with thousands of individuals and countless of hours working in a psychiatric hospital, schools, outreach and private practice, and all the research and geeking out I’ve done over the last two decades of clinical practice.
I want to condense this into a deep and concise resource for people.
Some years ago, I wrote in my journal “to give everything away.” I’m not taking a vow of poverty, but by that I mean, to convert whatever I know into gifts for others.
In a sense, my job is to render myself out of a job.
Not everyone needs to be in therapy, and many can’t afford to do so.
I want to make HomeKit accessible to all who need this.
Full Access to these Three Topics—For Free.
To give you a taste of what is in HomeKit, here is an exclusive sneak peak into three of the HomeKit topics:
Procrastination,
Stress, and
Expressing Love.
Listen to these whenever you are on the go.
Feel free to revisit them when you most need it. Sometimes what we call learning is actually recollection.
Note: I’m a psychologist, but I’m not your psychologist. HomeKit is not meant to be replacement for one-on-one psychotherapy.
Join the Waitlist
The complete HomeKit series isn’t free—I’m going to need to earn some in order to complete making this. It took me a full five days to record six of the topics. (It takes time for brevity).
Currently, I’ve recorded 12 out of the 50+ topics. In the following months, I’d aim to complete five every four weeks.
Join the waitlist to get a significant 30% off. The pricing yet to be confirmed, but the full retail will likely be SGD$20-26 per month for 12 months. It is not a subscription payment. After the year, you will continue to have FULL LIFE-TIME ACCESS.
I aim to release HomeKit in mid-July 2025.
